This rate card* is applicable during the pilot period until June 2023 and may be subject to change.

Additional costs standard / community hire
If the public is attending the event or if the technical equipment is being used, a Venue Manager must be present or sign off on the event at the induction.***

What’s included?
For the duration of the pilot, we are waiving inside fees (on ticketing), and our team will provide some marketing and production support as requested.
What isn’t included?
A technical operator (sound and lighting) is not included in the cost of hiring the venue. If you need help finding an operator, let us know. If you are using our in-house system, you must have an operator to do so.
If you wish to have a bar at your event we can discuss. Please be aware this will require 6 weeks notice minimum in order to allow us to apply for a special liquor licence.
